Start rehearsing success instead of rehearsing failure. 

Feelings of:

Worry

Anxiety

Fear

Come from our mind automatically going to “what can go wrong.”

It’s human nature to try to anticipate what can go wrong but do not allow these mental thoughts cripple you from taking action on your goals.

Keep this in mind:

️Anything you keep repeating in your head will become real. Real in your head, real in your body, real in your feelings. If you really think something is going to go really wrong then your body is going to chemically respond like it’s already happening, coming through as anxiety and worry.

Neurons that wire together fire together this means the more you think something, and the more you do something, the easier it’ll be for it to become automatic.

The good news is it can go both ways.

You can train your mind to think thoughts that empower you. Practice replacing these worrying thoughts with what could go right if you took action! What would your ideal situation look like?

Visualize your accomplishments and success! Let this drive you to take action, to be prepared and to take the leap on what you’ve been wanting to do. Action, at the end of the day is what cures all.

Rehearse success in your mind over and over again until it becomes your reality.
